Here are pictures of Seans 400 which he bought in Germany to present day. It shows stripping down for shotblasting up to the engine rebuild and fitting of
400 kit and the completed project.
The car was originally a wide arched version, but was converted by a previous owner in Germany to a narrow body. All the parts being used to restore the car
are original GM and including shell, engine etc. stand Sean in the region of £12500 for all the bits. The engine did not come with the car, Sean found it in Switzerland and it was rebuilt by Ray West who is highly
regarded by us concerning 400 engines.
The car had only covered 71000Km and had been stored the last 12 years. Unfortunately the owner had used tubs of filler to fit the mattig spoiler, hence the
need to shot blast the car.
The end result of all Seans hard work and dedication can be seen above.
