This is Steven Spiers Opel Manta 4x400R. The chassis has been completely rebuilt to accept complete Cosworth 4 wheel drive running gear, braking,ABS,PS,suspension and engine. You may notice how well the engine sits, this is because even the inner guards are Sierra Cosworth items. The car is shown here before it was completed in 1998 during a test run. 4x4 Cosworth Manta 400 2003 rebuild STEVEN SPIERS

THIS IS HOW THE 4X400 cosworth REBUILD IS GOING. The car sets new standards in innovation with extensive use of carbon kevlar panels and alloy structures driving the weight of the car down without sacrificing the strength to handle the 300+bhp engine and 4 wheel drive running gear. The 3mm alloy bulkhead houses custom made bias pedal box, heater assembly etc. while the brackets can be seen for the strut brace, huge intercooler system and compression struts.
