Rear side windows CLIPS. There are good adhesives to repair these clips when they come away from the glass, but I never have much luck with them. This is a simple fix I have used in the past. I hope it helps someone.

The window seal acting against the glass creates great pressure against the clip and the screw uses this to pull against giving an excellent seal.
